Dear Resident/Property owner,

Bourgon Construction Ltd has been contracted by the County of Lennox & Addington and Prince Edward-Lennox and Addington Social Services to construct a new day care centre at 73 Kildare Avenue.

We look forward to providing the community with a beautiful facility to meet the needs of Loyalist Township residents.  The project generally consists of preparing the site and construction of a 4100 square foot day care facility that will tie into the neighbouring community, complete with paved parking, sidewalk connecting to the school, storage/enclosures, trees and landscaping.

The work is scheduled to start on approximately Monday November 4th, 2019.  Day care services are anticipated to begin in the fall/winter of 2020.
