Electronic Bid Submissions shall be received only by the bidding system, no later than:  

2:00:00 p.m. local time, Wednesday, June 19, 2024  

All bidders shall have an active vendor account in the Bidding System and must be registered as a plan taker for this bid opportunity. The registered Bidder will then be enabled to download the bid call document, receive addenda notifications, download Addenda and be able to submit their bid electronically through the Bidding System.  

BIDS RECEIVED AFTER CLOSING TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Deadline for inquiries is 2:00:00 p.m. local time, Friday, June 14, 2024. Only written questions will be answered. No questions will be answered following the deadline.

The Bidder may elect to bid on only Part 1, only Part 2, or both Part 1 and Part 2. Part 1 and Part 2 may be awarded to different Bidders. The successful Bidder(s) shall enter into a separate agreement for Part 1 and Part 2 with the County of Lennox and Addington and the Township of Stone Mills, respectively. The County of Lennox and Addington and Township of Stone Mills reserves the right to reject any Tender for either, or both parts, if it is deemed advisable to do so.

The Tender is called by the County of Lennox and Addington and Township of Stone Mills. The Tender shall be administered by the County of Lennox and Addington with engineering services provided by Jewell Engineering Inc.

The Owner reserves the right to delete parts of items, items, sections or parts if it is deemed to be advantageous to the Owner. The lowest or any tender may not be awarded.

Bids considered in the award of this Tender shall be “Inclusive of deletions from the contract for budget purposes” prior to award considerations.
