Brenda Orchard, Chief Administrative Officer for the County of Lennox and Addington was elected 1st Vice President of the Canadian Association of Municipal Administrators (CAMA) during the Association’s Annual General Meeting held in Banff, Alberta this week. 

Brenda has been the Chief Administrative Officer of the County of Lennox and Addington since 2017 and served as the CAMA Representative for the Province of Ontario for four years, before being elected Treasurer, 2nd Vice President and now 1st Vice President of the organization. 

CAMA is a non-profit association open to all senior managers dedicating to improving municipalities across Canada.  CAMA’s primary role is to champion excellence in municipal administration by providing its members with opportunities to grow and develop their personal knowledge and skills in best serving the public; and to assist members with building a culture of service within their municipal corporations.
