Payments can be made by mail, on-line at paytickets.ca or phone by calling 613-354-1672.
If you wish to request a trial, or submit any other application please email us at court@lennox-addington.on.ca or attend in person at 97 Thomas St. E. in Greater Napanee.

What to Do When You Get a Ticket
If you get a ticket, check the reverse side of your ticket for your payment options.
Please note – the ticket states that payment is due in 15 days, but a defendant has 44 days from the date of offence to fulfill any one of his/her 3 options.
If you have moved since your last court appearance, please email here or call 613-354-1672 to provide your email, phone number, and current mailing address so that you do not miss important information.

Paying Your Fine
In-Person
Payments can be made at the Provincial Offences counter between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Please enter at the back entrance and proceed through the arch on the main floor.

Online Payments
Payments for 19-character-only files can be paid online with VISA or Mastercard at www.paytickets.ca

You will receive a notice of Early Resolution with the date and time of your meeting. To see the trial status of your submitted offence notice utilize Provincial Case Look Up at ontario.ca/ticketsandfines.
If you receive a Summons with a court date, you must appear in court at that time.
What happens if you don’t appear for your court date? Not appearing for your court date means a trial could be scheduled to proceed in your absence or a warrant issued for your arrest, depending on the seriousness of the charge.
