Enrich Your Life
Bring your friends and family to join you in activities and entertainment. Under the supervision of the Resident Services Coordinator, a full range of activities and entertainment is offered and a calendar of events is posted on the bulletin boards throughout the resident home areas, as well as on the County of Lennox & Addington website. Everyone is welcome to attend, including family and friends.




Dining and Meal Times
Three well-balanced meals are served each day with snacks and beverages in between. You’ll meet with a dietitian when you first move in to make sure your dietary needs are met and to tell dietary staff what you like to eat.
All meals are prepared on site. If you like to sleep in, a continental breakfast is always available too. Coffee and tea are available all day.

Breakfast: 8:15 – 9:00 a.m. | Lunch: 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. | Supper: 5:00 – 5:45 p.m.

Email a Resident
You can email a resident at the John M. Parrott Centre below (please note: they won’t be able to email you back from this address). On every email you send to the group e-inbox: Make sure you include the resident’s name, and home area if you know it, and your full name and address. Your message will be printed and hand-delivered to them. Please don’t write anything you wouldn’t want someone else to see, this is not a private service.

To start your admission process, you’ll need to get in touch with Ontario Health atHome. If you are in the hospital, speak with the Discharge Planner.
These groups ensure all criteria have been met before referring you to the John M. Parrott Centre for admission. You cannot apply to the John M. Parrott Centre direcly.
