Marg Isbester elected Lennox and Addington County Warden for 2020

December 12, 2019 – Lennox and Addington County Council wishes to announce that Marg Isbester, Mayor of the Town of Greater Napanee, was elected County Warden for the year 2020, at Council’s Inaugural Meeting held on December 11, 2019. This is Marg Isbester’s first time serving as the County Warden.

Warden Isbester began her municipal service as a Councillor in Greater Napanee in 2010.  She was elected Deputy Mayor in 2014 and subsequently elected as Mayor in 2018.

Stone Mills Ambulance Base Officially Opens

The County of Lennox & Addington officially opened their new Stone Mills Ambulance Base located at 4261 County Road 4, Centreville on Wednesday, November 13th. The event included an official ribbon cutting and tours of the facility, which began operating on June 19, 2019.

Economic Development Coalition: Now Accepting Applications

Lennox and Addington County is accepting applications from residents that are interested in being considered for appointment to the Economic Development Coalition. The Coalition provides advice for business promotion and matters related to economic development.
