Author Lawrence Scanlan to speak at next “Tuesday Night at the Museum” on November 21st

A special edition of Tuesday Night at the Museum takes place at the L&A County Museum & Archives on November 21st at 7pm. The museum has partnered with the L&A County Libraries to present Lawrence Scanlan, an award-winning journalist and author of six bestselling books, including Little Horse of Iron and The Year of Living Generously.

County Offices Closed on November 13th

The County of Lennox & Addington Public Libraries has its very own online book club via the bookish social networking site Goodreads. Anyone is welcome to join and you can participate as much or as little as you they like. This club doesn't read one book, rather we read by monthly theme. The themes allow for a lot of flexibility and creativity, so generally you are able to avoid books that don’t appeal to you – a common book club pitfall.
