You’re invited to a great night of music at the Lennox and Addington County Museum in Napanee. On Thursday, September 26th at 7pm, join folk musician Erick Turnbull for a performance Live at the Museum.
Napanee born Erick Turnbull is an oddity, in a good kind of way. By the age of ten, he had already begun playing his guitar and through the years has become an award winning guitar player and folk musician. Turnbull is now one of the many talented artists signed to Candyrat Records, a small but very effective record label. In 2005, he took first place at the Canadian Fingerstyle Guitar Competition in Odessa, after taking third place the year before. While his ability on the instrument is never in question, what is also noteworthy of mention is his work as a stand-up comedian. His ability to merge the two has been seen all over the Kingston area in various venues.
'Live at the Museum' is proudly presented by the County of Lennox & Addington. Tickets are $3 each and are available at the door. Find out more at www.CountyMuseum.ca or call 613-354-3027.
