Staff Picks: The Orphan's Tale

Marg Wood of the Napanee Branch of the County of Lennox & Addington Libraries recently enjoyed the newly released historical fiction novel The Orphan’s Tale by Pam Jenoff. “From the author of The Kommandant’s Girl, comes an equally heartwarming and heartbreaking story of love and the quest for survival during WWII,” says Marg.

Fans of WWII era historical fiction are sure to enjoy this poignant tale.

My Digital Library

Learn to master various aspects of the County of Lennox & Addington Libraries' virtual services and collections. Topics will include navigating the public access catalogue, managing your library account, accessing research databases and borrowing digital materials through Overdrive and (NEW) Hoopla Digital.

Collections Survey

From May 1st to August 31st the County of Lennox & Addington Libraries will be running a Collections Survey in order to gauge patron satisfaction with library collections.

Library users are encouraged to complete the survey online (click here) or by visiting a local library branch to fill out a paper copy. After the end of the survey period, we will be holding a draw for a Kobo. Have your say for you chance to win!

New 'Art in the Library' Exhibit

The County of Lennox and Addington Public Libraries are proud to support the community’s culture and talent. It is for this reason that we have started the “Art in the Library” program in partnership with the Greater Napanee Area Arts Association (GNAAA). A prominent feature wall was created at the Napanee Branch specifically for this program where artists can display their work.

The latest exhibit, starring Carol Jackson and Ric Campbell will run May 1st through June 30th.
