Financial Statements
The audited Financial Statements are prepared annually and set out the financial position and operational results of the County.
Asset Management
The County of Lennox and Addington’s Asset Management Plan provides a summary of the recommended asset management and financing strategies which are designed to ensure that the County’s assets are capable of providing the desired levels of service to support the County’s strategic objectives.
Purchasing Policy
Financial Services develops and monitors financial policies and procedures including a Purchasing Policy (for over $20 million of goods and services annually).
Electronic Funds Transfer Payments
An Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is the County of Lennox & Addington’s preferred method of payment. EFTs are direct deposit payments which are secure, and convenient and result in quicker receipt of payment. Every EFT transaction will be accompanied by an email notification of the amount that will be deposited into your bank account with the relevant invoice information.
The County’s payment schedule is comprised of weekly EFT payment runs and just one monthly cheque run.
Switching to Electronic Funds Transfer is easy. Simply complete the application form which is available electronically from payables@lennox-addington.on and return it by mail or email with a void cheque, bank letter or bank stamped application form to:
